What you are buying

A recurring monthly subscription providing 50 submission credits per billing cycle. Credits refresh each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. 1 credit = 1 verified PASS kit issued.

Intended use

Coverage-50 is designed for teams with a regular monthly proof cadence. Diff support lets you track evidence changes across consecutive submissions. Includes monthly proof summary and retained access to prior deliverables.

Billing semantics

• Subscription auto-renews monthly on the billing date.
• FAIL burns 0 credits (no burn).
• PASS burns 1 credit only when Verify PASS succeeds and the kit is issued.
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• If your account has 0 available credits mid-cycle, PASS issuance is blocked until overage is approved or the next cycle starts.
• Overage is billed at US$650 per additional credit per additional credit, charged on the next invoice.

Cancellation & renewal

• Cancel anytime before the next billing date; effective at the end of the current billing period.
• After cancellation, you retain access and credits through the end of the paid period.
• No prorated refund for partial months.
• Reactivation starts a new billing cycle at the then-current rate.
• To cancel, email billing@attestlayer.com or use the Buyer Console billing section.

What happens after checkout

1. Payment is confirmed immediately.
2. Coverage-50 becomes active immediately after successful checkout.
3. 50 credits are loaded into your account ledger.
4. Buyer Console access is sent by email.
5. Your team can upload a ZIP or individual files in the browser.
6. On PASS, AttestLayer issues a signed verification kit.
7. On FAIL, AttestLayer returns an exact blocker list and 0 credits burn.
8. API access is available as an advanced option for technical teams.
9. Credits refresh automatically on each billing date.

Refund policy

• FAIL = US$0 credits — no credit is burned on a failed submission.
• PASS burns 1 credit — only when Verify PASS succeeds and the kit is issued.
• Buyer-safe resubmit — each FAIL includes 1 free resubmit within 7 days at no extra cost.
• SLA miss protection — if we miss the stated delivery SLA after PASS, credits auto-return + 10% bonus credits.
• No prorated refund — cancelled subscriptions remain active until end of the current billing period.

After payment

• Your Coverage-50 subscription activates and 50 credits appear in your Buyer Console immediately.
• A confirmation email is sent with your receipt, Buyer Console link, and next steps.
• You can start submitting immediately in the Buyer Console.
• Future renewals are charged automatically on the same calendar day each month.
