What service providers must not claim

  • That AttestLayer provides an audit opinion, compliance certification, or regulatory approval.
  • That an issued outcome is endorsement by a bank, insurer, PSP, regulator, or platform.
  • That the service provider has buyer or procurement approval that AttestLayer has not authorized in writing.
