Partner Qualification & Billing
The public qualification has no charge. Later commercial terms must be written.

1. No charge for qualification
Submitting the partner or program qualification form creates no order, invoice, card charge, subscription, credit balance, or reserved-capacity commitment. Because no payment is taken, there is no qualification payment to refund.
2. No payment details in the form
A payment-method preference may be selected for planning, but the form does not collect card or bank details. Do not place financial account or payment-card data in any field.
3. Later partner billing
If both sides proceed, the executed partner agreement, order form, or invoice states the applicable price, taxes, payment timing, cancellation, refund or service remedies, and order of precedence. No public partner price or remedy applies unless that executed document incorporates it.
4. Direct buyers
