Refund Policy
Key points of our refund terms for partner evaluation.
- Delivery is considered complete when download links are provided on the success page and/or by email.
- If validated intake is received and we fail to deliver within REPLACE_DELIVERY_SLA_TEXT, partner may request refund within REPLACE_REFUND_WINDOW.
- Hosted links expire after 30 days (links expire; automatic deletion); download copies are partner/customer responsibility.
