Partner & Program Website Terms
Public website and qualification terms. Commercial service requires a separate executed agreement.
Effective: 17 July 2026
These terms govern use of partners.attestlayer.com and program.attestlayer.com, including the public qualification form. The operator is Services AttestLayer, operating as AttestLayer, at 360 Saint-Jacques Street, Suite G101, Montréal, Québec H2Y 1P5, Canada.
1. Qualification is not a purchase
A qualification submission is a request for AttestLayer to assess potential fit. It is not an order, signature, accepted offer, partner appointment, agency, franchise, joint venture, reservation of capacity, price commitment, or promise of acceptance. A partner relationship or paid service exists only after the applicable parties execute a specific agreement or order form.
2. Response target
AttestLayer targets an initial qualification response within one business day. This is an operational target, not a service-level guarantee or automatic remedy.
3. Accurate and authorized submissions
- You must provide information you are authorized to share and must not impersonate another person or organization.
- You must not submit source records, credentials, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, secrets, malware, or unauthorized third-party personal information through the qualification form.
- You must not bypass access controls, automate abusive submissions, probe the service without authorization, or use the site unlawfully.
4. Public descriptions and samples
Public descriptions and samples explain candidate workflows. They are not customer case studies, certifications, audit opinions, legal advice, promises of buyer approval, or proof that a particular institution has adopted or endorsed AttestLayer. A sample does not establish current production availability or trust for a future package.
5. Commercial relationship
Pricing, compensation, customer ownership, branding rights, support, volume, service targets, data handling, confidentiality, warranties, remedies, and liability for a partner service are set only in the executed agreement. The public Partner Agreement Framework is an explanation of topics to settle, not a signed agreement.
6. Intellectual property and references
AttestLayer retains its website, software, documentation, samples, marks, and service materials. No right to resell, white-label, co-brand, sublicense, or use an AttestLayer mark is granted by browsing or submitting the form. An executed agreement must grant any such right expressly.
7. Privacy and communications
The Partner & Program Privacy Notice explains the qualification flow. AttestLayer may send the requested acknowledgement and respond to the inquiry. The form does not enroll the applicant in unrelated marketing.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The public sites are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. AttestLayer does not warrant uninterrupted availability, qualification, commercial acceptance, revenue, buyer acceptance, regulatory outcome, or fitness for a particular downstream purpose. Nothing on these sites replaces professional advice or the applicant's own diligence.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AttestLayer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profit, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or expected partner business, arising from the free public sites or qualification request. A later executed agreement governs liability for the paid service it covers. Rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law remain unaffected.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes concerning these public sites will be brought in the courts located in Montréal, Québec.
11. Changes and contact
Updated terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown above. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Questions: partners@attestlayer.com. Accountable owner: Rabie-Abdollah Macbahi.
