The Reserved Capacity Lane provides:
- Automated intake of BYO artifacts (ZIP or individual file upload)
- Deterministic PASS/FAIL with issued PASS delivery on PASS
- kit.zip plus standalone verification result, mapping, classification report, normalized tree, and optional diff output
Explicitly excluded:
- We do not answer security questionnaires.
- We do not provide compliance or legal opinions.
- We do not invent evidence or "fill gaps."
- We do not require system access or installs.
3. Billing
- Fail-closed: 1 credit = 1 verified PASS kit issued.
- FAIL burns US$0 credits (no burn).
- Buyer-safe resubmit: 1 free resubmit per FAIL within 7 days. On system verification failure, the credit is returned.
- SLA clock starts at PASS (not at upload).
4. Make-Good Clause
Sole remedy for SLA miss after PASS is automatic credit back + 10% bonus credit. Make-good is applied automatically — no ticket or manual request is required.
5. Liability
Liability is capped to fees paid in the last 30 days. No consequential damages.
