Partner FAQ

Common questions from MSPs, distributors, and larger commercial buyers evaluating Reserved Capacity.

What is Reserved Capacity?

Reserved Capacity (internally labeled MMC — Managed Monthly Capacity) is the partner path for MSPs, distributors, and higher-volume operators who serve multiple downstream clients. It provides reserved verification credits at committed volume pricing with SLA guarantees, priority handling, and automatic make-good. You may see "MMC" in contracts, invoices, or API responses — it refers to the same product.

How is Reserved Capacity different from Activation or Monthly Coverage?

Activation and Monthly Coverage are direct purchase paths for individual organizations. Reserved Capacity is for partners who need to allocate credits across multiple client accounts with commercial terms designed for intermediary economics.

Who qualifies for the partner path?

MSPs, IT distributors, resellers, and service providers who resell or deliver verification services to their own clients. If you are buying for a single organization, the direct purchase path (Activation or Monthly Coverage) is the right fit.

How do I get started?

Contact us to begin qualification. We review your organization profile, expected volume, and client base to determine the right capacity tier.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Reserved Capacity tiers start at a minimum monthly credit commitment. Exact minimums depend on the tier and are confirmed during qualification.

Can I allocate credits across multiple clients?

Yes. Reserved Capacity is designed for multi-client allocation. You manage how credits are distributed across your client accounts.

What happens if a client verification fails?

FAIL burns 0 credits. Credits are only consumed when a Verify PASS is issued. Failed submissions produce a deterministic checklist so the client knows exactly what to fix.

Can my clients verify proof independently?

Yes. Every PASS kit includes offline verification support. Your clients and their reviewers can validate integrity without relying on a live session.

Do you provide co-branding or white-label options?

Partner branding options are discussed during qualification. Contact us for details on available customization.

Can I start with a Pilot before committing to Reserved Capacity?

Yes. Partners can run a free Pilot to validate the workflow before entering a commercial agreement. Pilot is available on the direct purchase site at buy.attestlayer.com.

What commercial terms apply?

Reserved Capacity operates under a separate commercial agreement with committed volume pricing. Terms are finalized during the qualification process.

How do I move from direct purchase to the partner path?

Contact us. Eligible unused paid Activation balance can be applied toward Reserved Capacity under the current conversion policy.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are in US dollars (USD). This applies to Activation tiers, Monthly Coverage, Reserved Capacity, overage rates, and invoices.
