Credit definition
1 credit = 1 verified PASS kit issued.
FAIL burns 0 credits. Credits are only consumed when a PASS kit is issued and verified.
Credit expiration

Upgrade credit
Upgrade from Activation-10 to Activation-25 within 30 days: 100% of the Activation-10 purchase price is applied as a credit toward Activation-25.
Move from Activation to Monthly Coverage within 90 days: eligible unused paid balance converts 1:1 into the new plan.
Invoices
Invoice payment is available at checkout for all tiers. Invoices are issued automatically on request via Stripe. For custom billing arrangements, contact contact@attestlayer.com.
Refund policy
Unused Activation credits are not refunded as cash. Upgrade credits are applied as described above. For full refund terms, see Refund Policy.
