How the Buyer Console works
Overview
The Buyer Console is the main home for:
- your credit balance
- uploads
- results
- plan details
- browser-first first use
For most buyers, the Buyer Console is the only place needed to get started.
Upload
From the Console, click Upload to submit evidence:
- ZIP upload — drag or select a single .zip file.
- Individual files — select multiple files to bundle automatically.
The pipeline normalizes, fingerprints, and evaluates the submission. Results typically arrive within a few minutes.
Results
After evaluation, you see PASS or FAIL with full detail. On PASS, download buttons appear for the primary kit and supporting artifacts such as the verification report, file mapping, classification report, normalized tree, and diff report when enabled. On FAIL, a blocker list shows exactly what's missing.
Credit balance
Your current credit balance is displayed in the Console header. Credits decrease only on PASS. FAIL never costs credits.
Technical Access
If your team wants automation, open the Technical Access section inside the Buyer Console to:
- view or generate an API key
- copy a cURL example
- open API docs
- rotate your key
