Onboarding process

  1. Select a plan — Pilot preview is instant. Reserved Capacity plans require a brief onboarding call or form.
  2. Receive access credentials — Buyer Console access and partner API key are issued on onboarding. Preview access is instant; submit access requires email verification and a refundable US$1 card hold or manual approval.
  3. Submit your first kit — Upload a ZIP or individual files via the browser or API. Processing starts immediately.
  4. Download your deliverables — On PASS, download your evidence kit plus the verification report, file mapping, classification report, normalized tree, and optional diff report.

Billing terms

  • Credits: FAIL = US$0 credits (no burn). PASS burns 1 credit only at issued Verify PASS. Buyer-safe resubmit applies.
  • SLA make-good: Automatic credit return + bonus if SLA is missed.
  • No lock-in: Cancel anytime. Unused credits are not refunded but overage declines are honored.
  • Price lock: Your rate is locked for the duration of the subscription term.
